Refund Policy

This refund policy complies with the Consumer Protection Code (CDC).

1. Cancellation by Student Initiative:
  • Up to 7 days after registration/enrollment: The student has the right to cancel his/her registration/enrollment and receive a full refund of the amounts paid, in accordance with article 49 of the CDC (right of withdrawal), provided that the service has not been fully used.

  • After 7 days: The refund will depend on the specific conditions of the course/activity and the time remaining for its completion. There may be retention of amounts proportional to the time already elapsed and administrative costs, as provided for in the contract (if any) and respecting the consumer's rights.

2. Cancellation by Kali 1307 Initiative:
  • If Kali 1307 cancels a course/activity, the student will be entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid or may choose to be transferred to another class/activity of equivalent value, subject to availability.

3. Refund Request:
  • The refund request must be made formally in writing through the following channel: [Insert email or specific contact method].
